Welcome

On behalf of Kilteevan Community Development Group Limited, I wish to welcome you to our official website.

We hope that the website will serve as a vehicle for communicating with the local community and with our many natives living outside the community.

Our going live coincides with the official opening of Kilteevan Gathering tonight in the Community Centre at 7.30pm and the celebration of National Heritage Week with the official opening Kilteevan Heritage Trail.

Over time, we hope to develop this site to share our rich heritage and history. It will also act as a focal point for information on events and happenings in the Kilteevan community and in particular Kilteevan Community Centre.

Thanks to Roscommon Leader Partnership Company for funding our projects under the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013. Thanks to David Quinn of Avenir Design Limited, Castlebar for doing an excellent job on developing our little window on the world.
